Tuesday, September 4th – STAFF ONLY DAY (ADMIN will NOT be available to speak to parents/students on this day)
Wednesday, September 5th – 9:00am – 10:30am – Level 2 Students ONLY
Wednesday, September 5th – 1:00pm – 2:30pm – Level 3 Students ONLY
Thursday, September 6th – Full Day for all students, Level 1 students meet in Theatre at 9:00am
Thursday, September 6th – PICTURE DAY FOR ALL STUDENTS
Level 4 Applications
If you wish to register for Level 4, please come to the office and complete the course selection forms and leave them at the office. Once completed, you will be notified about start date if accepted.
Transfer Requests
If you are looking for a transfer to Holy Heart for September 2018, please visit the school webpage to complete a transfer request form and the applicable course selection sheet. Once completed, either email or drop to the school secretary. These are processed in order received. Once processed, a call or email will be made to the applicant advising of the decision.
Please note that successful transfers must meet ONE of the below:
– Currently living in zone (proof of address is required)
– Has a sibling CURRENTLY attending Holy Heart
– There is a program offered at Holy Heart that is NOT offered at your neighbourhood school.
